How it works here
Theory in person: the Patrón de Yate syllabus is dense and people pass it faster in a classroom. The 48 hours of practicals on multi-day intakes, aboard our own boats. This is the qualification where having your own fleet — and skippers who actually cross the Strait — shows most.
